How do I make an appointment?
*You can now make your appointment online via the Natural Veterinary Services scheduling web site. Please see the links for each store above. Make sure you click the right link for the right store!
How long are the appointments?
*The appointments are 20 minutes for each pet. If the dog is over 50 pounds, two appointments are required.
Can I drop my pet off and then go run errands?
*No, we ask that you remain in the store or in very close proximity so that we can talk to you if needed and let you know when the dentals are complete.
How much does this cost?
*The total for each appointment is $200. There is a $50 deposit fee for each appointment, and the remaining $150 is due at the time of service. If the dog is over 50 pounds, if there is severe tarter, or if the pet is really wiggly, two appointments are needed and the fee is an additional $20, making the total $220.
I want to have the dentals done on multiple pets. How do I do this?
*Each pet needs an appointment. There is an appointment deposit required for each pet/appointment.
How do I change my appointment to a different time?
*Unfortunately, this cannot be done online. Please call Natural Veterinary Services directly at 941-724-0366, or via email them at: email@example.com
How do I cancel my appointment?
*Please call Natural Veterinary Services directly at 941-724-0366, or via email them at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you call, please be aware that the team is usually busy with dental appointments. Please leave a message and they will return your call.
If I cancel, do I get my appointment deposit back?
*You may reschedule to a different date or location at no charge if done within 72 hours of scheduling, and if the appointment is scheduled more than 10 days prior to the event. The refund policies can be seen on the price page at http://www.naturalveterinaryservices.com/pricing/
If the vet cannot do the dentals due to special circumstances with my pet, do I get my appointment deposit back?
*If the vet is unable to complete the appointment for any reason (such as the presence of other dental/health issues, or the pet's behavior) the appointment deposit will not be refunded. If you paid in full when making your reservation, the amount refunded is the total minus the appointment deposit.
